Booking Information

My books are currently open for November and December 2026. I typically tattoo Tuesday - Saturday, 12PM-7PM. The best method to book an appointment is to email me directly at mayazinktattoos@gmail.com.

Please include the following information:

  • First and last name

  • Your preferred pronouns

  • What you are looking to get done

  • Where at on the body

  • Photo references

  • Phone number

  • Days that work best for you (Tuesday - Saturday)

Once you’ve sent a message, please allow a few days for a reply. I greatly appreciate your patience in advance!

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your deposit is applied towards the final session of your tattoo and will be deducted from the remaining balance at that time. Submitting a deposit confirms that you have read and agreed to my booking, rescheduling, cancellation, and late policies.

Deposit Policy

Reschedule policy

I understand that life happens and schedule sometimes need to change. I simply asked that you give me as much notice as possible, so I have the opportunity to fill your appointment time.

If you happen to need to reschedule your appointment, your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment as long as you provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Deposits may be transferred a maximum of two times when the 48 hour notice requirement is met. After two rescheduled your deposit will be forfeited and a new $100 deposit will be required to schedule another appointment.

Cancellation policy

If you choose to cancel your appointment at any time, your hundred dollar deposit Is nonrefundable and will be forfeited, regardless of notice given. If you decide to reschedule in the future, a new hundred dollar deposit will be required to secure a new appointment.

Late policy

I allow a 15 minute grace period for lateness, and there is no penalty for arriving within that window. If you know you were going to be late, please send me a message so I know to expect you.

If 30 minutes have passed without any communication I will consider the appointment a no call/no-show and your deposit will be forfeited.

PRICING INFORMATION

I have done my best to provide a detailed visual representation of how I break down the cost of individual tattoos. Although these are generalized ranges and not exact costs, I hope this helps when budgeting for your next tattoo. Large scale projects, like a back piece or sleeve, I charge $150 an hour.

I truly appreciate everyone who reaches out to get tattooed and do my best to be flexible financially. If you are working with a budget, please communicate that prior to scheduling. Ultimately, I love tattooing and want to make some awesome art with you!
